    摘要:

    借鉴现有技术创新相关研究,结合系统动力学理论方法,构建了医药产业技术创新系统动力学模型,刻画了技术创新系统内部要素以及要素之间的因果关系,深入分析了技术创新系统内部结构.利用Vensim软件绘制因果关系图和系统流图,分析技术创新系统的反馈回路,并对模型进行有效性检验,在此基础上进一步分析新产品比重、技术知识退化率和研发人员投入力度对医药企业技术创新的影响.研究结果表明,为保持技术创新能力,企业的新产品比重不宜过高;在技术知识退化率变大的过程中,企业应该更加注重技术知识的积累;提高研发人员投入力度未必能提升企业技术创新能力.

    Abstract:

    With the rapid development of information technology, there is higher requirement for the pharmaceutical industry to focus on technological innovation capability.According to some related researches, the method of system dynamics and the simulation tool of Vensim were introduced.The system dynamics model of technological innovation was established to do the in-depth study of the internal structure of technological innovation system and the feedback loop between various elements.Then the software of Vensim was used to perform the model validation test, and finally the impacts of new products share, degradation rate of technical knowledge, and R & D investment of technological innovation were further analyzed.The results indicate that to maintain technological innovation, the company's new products proportion should not be too high, with the increase of technical knowledge degradation rate, enterprises should pay more attention to the accumulation of technical knowledge, and high R & D investment does not necessarily enhance the capability of technological innovation.
