    摘要:

    为解决汽车变速器壳体多工况拓扑优化适应性问题,提出一种基于折衷规划拓扑优化理论的汽车变速器壳体多工况自适应性拓扑优化思路.以某前横置变速器壳体为研究对象,以刚度最大、柔度最小为优化目标,借助Hyperworks分析软件,开展变速器壳体折衷规划自适应拓扑优化设计方法研究.经有限元分析验证,运用折衷规划拓扑优化方法形成的变速器壳体结构设计模型,在一/倒档两典型工况下的目标函数都逐渐收敛于最小值,各档位柔度均达到最小,可同时满足汽车各工况下变速器壳体强度可靠性要求.应用实践表明,折衷规划拓扑优化法是一种有效解决复杂结构体多目标优化问题的可行方法.

    Abstract:

    The adaptive topology optimization based on compromise programming method was used to solve the problem of multiple working conditions of automobile gearbox housing.The front transverse transmission was taken as a research object,while the maximum stiffness or the minimum compliance was regarded as the optimization objective.The transmission housing adaptive topology optimization based on compromise programming method was implemented by using the Hyperworks analysis software.In the method,the objective function will gradually converge to the minimum compliance,which was verified by the finite element analysis under the two typical working conditions of first stage gear and reverse gear.The optimization results can meet the strength reliability requirement under all the automotive transmission working conditions.The practical applications show that the compromise programming method for topology optimization is an effective way to solve the problem of complex structure multi-objective optimization.
