Abstract:In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution in tail sand by China, the aerated concrete was prepared by using tail sand as the main raw material. The orthogonal test design (L9 (34)) was used to analyze the dry density, mechanical properties and thermal insulation properties of aerated blocks under different matching conditions. The results show that when the cementing capacity is 150 g,the amount of lime is 96 g,the tail sand is 420 g and the ratio of water to material is 0.55,the performance of the aerated concrete is the best. Its thermal conductivity was measured by the steady plate method for practical engineering reference. The experimental results show that the heat preservation performance of aerated blocks is good and can be used to prepare prefabricated walls. The instrument's practicality, innovativeness and the accuracy of the thermocouple calibration technology were verified.
