Abstract:The dispatch of emergency rescue after earthquake disaster shows great effects on the successful rescue after earthquake and the effective distribution of ability.In the first place,in the rescue,the capacity of hospital to cure and the ability that wounded were transported from the disaster point to the hospital were limited.The models of single disaster point multiple hospitals and multiple disaster point multiple hospitals were established respectively to simulate the transport.In the second place,the dynamic numbers of wounded that hospital could treat which was resulted by the flow of wounded were considered for better planning the model of dispatch,so that it's possible to use the shortest time to rescue more wounded.The model was explained through the calculation of an example.
