    摘要:

    在不同碳税下研究含供应中断风险的制造/再制造企业最优回收和生产策略.需求由制造品和再制造品满足,制造品的原材料由主要供应商和次要供应商提供(两种供应商要价不同,便宜方的原材料更有可能出现供应中断的情况),再制造品来自于对回收产品的再制造.采用粒子群算法和遗传算法对比分析算例,验证模型的可信性和有效性,并通过灵敏度分析解释供应中断问题.结果表明:平均总成本随着供应中断概率的增加逐渐增加;另外,企业可合理安排再制造和制造批次,管理回收品质量,并结合碳税值来实现系统最优;同时,政府可合理设置碳税,最终与企业实现共赢.

    Abstract:

    Considering the circumstances of different carbon taxes,optimal recovery and production strategies for manufacturing/remanufacturing enterprises under supply disruption risk were investigated.The demand is satisfied by manufactures from raw materials coming from primary suppliers and secondary suppliers and also by remanufactures from returned items.The two suppliers charge different prices,the cheaper one has a high probability of the supply disruption of the raw materials.A numerical example was used to verify the validity and credibility of the model by adopting the particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm.A sensitivity analysis was also tendered to analyze the impact of supply disruption.The results show that the average total cost rises with the increase of supply disruption probability.Besides,the enterprise could arrange reasonably the number of remanufacturing and manufacturing frequency ratio,quality of returned products and carbon taxes to achieve the optimal system outcome.Meanwhile,the government could set the carbon tax reasonably,and achieve win-win with manufacturers ultimately.
