From the MM theory being raised,most of the researches on the firm's investment and financing behaviors have taken it as abasis.However,recently some literatures show that it is important to consider the interaction between the macroeconomics policy and micro-firm's activities.A comprehensive description was made on the literatures reguarding the investment and financing activities,and especially the research on the relation between the macroeconomics policy and micro-firm's activities was focussed on.It also shows that it is important to study the firm's investment and financing behaviors based on the impact of macroeconomics policy.The prospects of the research in this direction was also presented.
