超高性能混凝土与钢筋的黏结性能试验研究

    针对超高性能混凝土与钢筋的黏结性能,以钢筋锚固长度、钢筋直径、混凝土保护层厚度为主要参数,进行了超高性能混凝土试件中心拉拔试验研究。研究结果表明:试件破坏形态可归纳为钢筋拔出破坏、劈裂破坏和钢筋拉断破坏;钢筋直径对自由端滑移量影响较大,对黏结强度影响较小;给出了临界保护层厚度的建议值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the stickiness energy of ultra-high performance concrete and reinforcing steel bars, taking the anchorage length of steel bars, diameter of steel bars and thickness of concrete cover as main parameters, the central pull-out tests of ultra-high performance concrete specimens were carried out. The analysis results show that the failure pattern of specimens can be summarized as the pull-out failure, splitting failure and breaking of steel bars. The steel bar diameter has a great influence on the slip at the free end, and has less influence on the bonding strength. In addition, a proposed value for the critical layer thickness was given.
