    摘要:

    基于智能电网实时电价中社会福利最大化模型,将电器分为通用电器与可使用替换能源的智能电器。通过改进社会福利最大化模型,电器在使用不同能源方式下,通过智能电表获得电力供应商发布的实时交互电价、用电量等信息,用户对电价与可替换能源的价格(固定价格)进行实时判断比较,并选择切换该时段智能设备的最优能源使用方式,使其自身社会福利最大化。基于Matlab仿真软件对改进前后的社会福利最大化模型进行动态仿真,在灵活改变能源使用方式后,实时电价波动较小,趋于平缓,且能够降低系统高峰时段的柔性负荷量,实现削峰填谷的作用。

    Abstract:

    Based on a social welfare maximization model, the electrical appliances can be divided into general electric and alternative energy electric equipments. By improving the social welfare maximization model for the electrical appliances, which can use different types of energy through the coefficient of energy conversion, users were allowed to compare and real-time judge the pricing strategy of the energy consumption. According to the released information on the smart meter of electricity supplier, such as the real-time electricity price, electricity consumption, etc., users compare the electricity price and the price of alternative energy (fixed price) and judge to switch to the optimal way of energy using for the intelligent devices at that time period to maximize their own social welfare. Dynamic simulations by using the model before and after improvement were carried out and the comparison was made between the results. By virtue of the flexibility to change the type of energy being used,the fluctuation of real-time electricity price is lesser, and the flexible load at peak time can be reduced so as to achieve peak sharpening effect.
