Abstract:The interest coordination mechanism of cross-border e-commerce enterprises was analyzed from the perspective of bilateral and multilateral trade modes. Under the bilateral trade mode, the negotiation process of two sides was modeled based on the Zeuthen strategy and Bayesian learning theory, and negotiation results were verified by Nash product. Under the multilateral trade mode, the mechanism was analyzed in three game states, and the following conclusions are drawn: when the game is static with complete information, controlling the number of e-commerce enterprises is important; when the game is dynamic with complete information, the “trigger mechanism” can be introduced to ensure the coordinating of interests among e-commerce enterprises; when the game is dynamic with incomplete information, the “price-trigger mechanism” can be used to accelerate non-cooperative collusion among e-commerce enterprises.
