Abstract:In order to solve the shortage of independent decision making in the planning of production and maintenance, a joint optimization model for the two plans was built for a single equipment production system. Considering the effect of the equipment age on the processing time of the product, the effect of product degradation was introduced. When analyzing the equipment failure , the idle state and production state of the equipment were distinguished, the relationship between the actual processing time of the product and the equipment age was considered, and an integrated optimization model for production and maintenance considering the degradation of products and the operating time of the equipment was established. The particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to solve the model, and the validity of the model was verified by an example analysis.
