    针对传统的悬架K&C特性优化设计时没有考虑悬架衬套和横向稳定杆中存在的不确定因素的问题,提出了一种便于工程实践的悬架K&C特性的稳健性设计方法。将悬架硬点作为可控因素,衬套和横向稳定杆刚度作为不确定性因素,借助ADAMS/Insight软件,通过拉丁超立方抽样建立悬架K&C特性的响应面方程。然后利用Isight软件的6σ优化方法,利用蒙特卡罗模拟对硬点进行优化。结果表明,优化后前束角、外倾角、主销内倾角和主销后倾角特性得到提升,且悬架K&C特性的多目标响应函数标准差降低26%。优化后的悬架系统主要K&C特性性能得到提升,衬套和横向稳定杆刚度对悬架系统的影响程度降低,悬架K&C特性的稳健性得到提升。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the ignorance of the uncertainty factors existing in suspension bushings and anti-roll bars in the traditional optimization design process of suspension K&C characteristics, a design method for the robustness of suspension K&C characteristics that could facilitate its pratical use in engineering was proposed. Using the suspension hard point as the controllable factor, the stiffness of the bushing and the anti-roll bar as the uncertainty factor, the response surface equation for the suspension K&C characteristics was established based on Latin hypercube sampling by virtue of the ADAMS/Insight. Then the 6σ optimization method in the Isight software was used to optimize the hard point by Monte Carlo simulation. The results show that the optimized toe angle, camber angle, kingpin inclination angle, and caster angle characteristics become better than before, and the standard deviation of the multi-objective response function of the K&C characteristics of the suspension is reduced by 26%. After optimization, the K&C characteristics of the suspension system are improved, the degree of influence of the stiffness of the bushing and anti-roll bar on the suspension system is reduced, and the robustness of the suspension K&C characteristics is raised.
