Aiming at the post-stroke limb dysfunction, decubitus and pain, the clinically used treatment parameters were analyzed and a multi-mode electrical stimulation treatment system was designed. This system was designed to communicate with the main chip STM32L152RCT6 through the touch screen. Bipolar electrical stimulation pulses with continuous adjustment of amplitude, frequency and pulse width were generated by controlling the boost and polarity conversion circuits which verifies the stability and analgesic effect of the system. It is verified by experiments that the system can work stably, and the amplitude of the electrical pulse is independent of the change of the resistance value. It can also improve the pain threshold of the subject. Various clinically used parameters for electrical stimulation therapy can be provided by the system, which are conducive to the development of clinical experiments and related studies. Electrical stimulation technology can alleviate human pain and increase pain threshold.
