Abstract:When temperature is over 30 ℃ in summer, the lipsticks are melt and easy to be broken due to the high temperature, therefore, a "lipstick coat" is needed to prevent this happening. The "lipstick coat" was prepared with 3D printed photosensitive resin cell containing dodecyl alcohol and lauric acid as phase change cold storage material. The thermal conductivity, phase change temperature, latent heat of fusion and cold storage characteristics were studied by means of transient plane heat source thermal conductivity instrument, differential scanning calorimetry and practical test. The results show that the thermal conductivity of this phase change material is 0.225 8 W/(m·K), phase transition temperature is 18.6 ℃, the latent heat of fusion is 179.1 kJ/kg. It is suitable to be used as cold storage material for lipstick shell. When the environment temperature is as high as 30 ℃, cold storage lipstick shell can keep the lipstick cool for three hours, which ensures that the lipstick will not be melt in hot days and prolongs the service life of lipstick.
