Abstract:Aiming at finding ways and means to solve the unreasonable patient distribution in the implementation of the grading diagnosis and treatment policy in China, an empirical investigation was adopted to explore the relationship of the perceived quality, perceived experience, perceived risk and perceived value with the willingness of patients to visit the community hospital for the first time. The regulating effect of the mediating role of trust and price sensitivity on the distribution of patients was also discussed. The results show that the perceived quality of patients is the most important determinant of the patients' first diagnosis in the community hospital, and the patients' trust has a significant positive influence on their willingness. On this basis, the errors in the development strategies of some community hospitals were pointed out. Community hospitals should improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment under the premise of strengthening their medical business scope, and form a good "word of mouth for the treatment of minor diseases and chronic diseases", so as to greatly improve the perceived quality of patients and effectively improve the suggestion of patients' willingness of the first diagnosis.
