Abstract:Currently, the leaseholder's demand for leasing services is improved. A multi-objective preventive maintenance model is established by considering the economic interests of the lessors and the lessees. First, based on equipment failure state, the multi-maintenance modes of equipment were decided, the production plan and product quality requirements of equipment lessee were considered, and the product quality requirements of the lessee was used to describe their satisfaction. Then, a multi-objective joint optimization model was proposed to minimize the cost of equipment maintenance and the total processing time of equipment, maximize the satisfaction of the lessee, and optimize the preventive inspection and maintenance cycle. The objective included the total cost of equipment maintenance, the duration of equipment maintenance actions and the impact of equipment maintenance activities on product quality. Finally, the validity of the model was verified by numerical analysis. Joint consideration of the requirements of both parties for maintenance activities was more in line with the actual market demand. The total maintenance cost of equipment and processing time are reduced, and the satisfaction of the lessee is improved.
