Abstract:In order to improve the stability of the solid-state pulsed generator under low-impedance load, a current sharing technology of the switch in parallel was proposed. The method of lowering the gate voltage by adding a small resistor was used to design a test circuit of the switch in parallel and a test circuit of all-solid-state Marx generators in parallel to verify the current sharing effectiveness. Experimental results show that the internal surge current of the pulse power supply with parallel structure is effectively restrained, and switches work in the safe working area, which improves the system stability of the pulse power supply.
