Abstract:In view of the increasing emphasis of the current market environment on the delivery time, product quality and enterprise reputation in mass production, an equipment maintenance strategy considering the interaction among these three factors was proposed. First of all, if product quality and equipment deterioration state were known to have a certain functional relationship, it was derived to the defective rate, and the equipment state after the end of the unit cycle was combined with the production time to choose the maintenance mode of preventive maintenance and equipment replacement. Then, according to the time threshold and the preventive maintenance threshold, the optimal economic benefit was taken as the final objective to establish the total maintenance cost model in consideration of batch production. Aiming at the proposed optimization model, the Monte Carlo simulation method and the central combination design method in response surface analysis were combined to solve the model. Finally, the effectiveness and reliability of the model were proved by a computing example.
