Abstract:Graphene has broad application prospects in thermal management due to its ultra-high thermal conductivity. In order to repair the structural defects, graphene oxide/naphthalene (GO/NMT) methanol composite films were prepared by evaporation self-assembly method with graphene oxide as raw material and naphthalene methanol as repair agent. Graphitized-graphene/naphthalene methanol (g-GO/NMT) films were prepared by high temperature graphitization. The structure of the composite film was analyzed by SEM, FT-IR, XRD and Raman. When the addition of NMT was 15%, the thermal conductivity of the film was 856.476 W/(m·K ), which was 35% higher than that of g-GO film. The actual heat dissipation test of commercial LED wick showed that the surface temperature of g-GO film was as high as 33.7 ℃, while the temperature of g-GO/NMT composite film was 31.5 ℃. The results show that g-GO/NMT composite film has better heat dissipation performance and more effective heat management ability.
