    摘要:

    针对多部件系统维修过程中涉及部件结构复杂、维修时间长、维修费用高的特点,提出了预防维修时间、小修时间、结构相关性、经济相关性四重因素影响下的多部件串联系统动态机会维护策略。首先,以单部件为研究对象,决策出部件层最优维护周期,并综合制定系统层试行维修计划;然后,基于试行计划,并考虑部件间相关性的影响,以节省总成本最大为优化目标建立系统层维护的优化模型;最后,应用滚动计划实现对维修计划的动态更新。通过采用遗传算法求解算例,验证所提出维修策略的必要性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the characteristics of complex structure, long maintenance time and high maintenance cost in the maintenance process of multi-component system, the dynamic opportunity maintenance strategy of multi-component series system was proposed. Four factors were considered in the strategy: preventive maintenance duration, minor repair duration, structural dependence and economic dependence. Firstly, single component was used as a research object. The optimal maintenance period of the component layer was determined, and the system trial maintenance plan was formulated. Then, based on a trail plan and considering the structural dependence and economic dependence, the system-level maintenance optimization model was established with the maximum cost saving as the optimization goal. The rolling plan was applied to achieve dynamic updates of the maintenance plans. Through arithmetic example, this proposed policy is proved to be effective and necessary.
